Our trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We have programs and plans for everyone whether you are looking for larger group classes or more individualized fitness plans with our small groups or 1 on 1 private training.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Over the years in his studies in Exercise Science from Lock Haven University and 14+ years of work experience he has gained valuable experience working with those looking for health and fitness improvements, corrective exercise programming, weight-loss, strength improvements, and much more. He has worked with many population groups that have arthritis, metabolic issues, heart disease, joint imbalances, stroke recovery, and much more over the past several years. He has also worked with many athletes focusing on athlete development while increasing strength, speed, and agility along with the prevention of injury. Scott is also a member of the professional organization, ACSM, that ensures the standards of the fitness and health professional are kept high year after year. To consistently be his best at helping others with their health and fitness he is always seeking continuing education opportunities. He is always seeking the best way to help everyone and wants everyone to progress to their goals no matter where they start their health and fitness journey.
Omar is a graduate From Seton Hill University, with a degree in Exercise Science. He was raised in Brenizer, Pennsylvania and attended The Kiski School. He grew up with a sports background participating in athletics, ranging from, baseball, football, basketball, lacrosse and soccer. As a multi sport athlete in high school, he attended Canisius College, majoring in Health and Wellness and playing baseball for two years. He then transferred to Seton Hill University in 2019, switched his major to Exercise Science and was a part of the baseball team at Seton Hill. Through his professional training experiences has enjoyed encouraging people with his positive energy to keep moving forward. His knowledge and experience has helped many different individuals move better and reach their fitness goals. He is always looking forward to helping more people reach their goals.

If you're looking to do your own workouts, you will have access to barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, weight racks, bodyweight equipment, Olympic plates, rowers, Airdyne bikes, and more. Access to the gym during hours of operation.

We provide a set of monthly workouts within our training database for you to work through on your own guided by our training app. Access to the gym during our hours of operation.

Progressive Training
Home workouts using kettlebells/dumbbells, bands, sliders (or towels, paper plates) for sliding on the floor, exercise ball, and body weight. Or workouts to help maximize your results at your local gym. Every month we upload a new program to the training library. We are available for training questions through our messenger in the training app.

Lifestyle Coaching

Full-body strength & conditioning class that focuses on different aspects of fitness throughout the week for a well rounded fitness level. Meant for all ages 13 & up with under age 16 needing to be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Exercises adapted per individual to help everyone progress at their own pace/fitness level. Workouts are typically 45-50 minutes long plus a 5-10 minute cool-down afterwards.
Monday/Friday: Total Muscle Strength & Tone Day
Total body workout that focuses on developing muscle mass and strengthening the core.
Tuesday/Thursday: Full-body Power/Tempo/Stability Day
Workouts that utilize more full-body strength and core with Olympic lifting movements using kettlebells, dumbbells', and barbells. Along with focusing on keeping the cardio system strong through higher rate full-body efforts during the class.
Wednesday/Saturday: Peak Strength Day
Workouts that focus more on the main strengths of the body such as barbell squats, deadlifts, upper-body pressing or pulling, etc. These workouts are geared towards maximizing the strength of muscle groups.
This class is a full-body conditioning workout for weight-loss and increased endurance centered around cardio machines such as airdyne bikes and rowing machines. We also utilize other lower weight equipment: medicine balls, bands, jump ropes, body weight, etc to build your core and balance! This is a 45-minute class.
Fun and challenging way to switch up your fitness routine by utilizing punching and kicking combinations. No better way to challenge your core, heart rate, and balance through heavy bag and boxing pad work. Shred calories and let out stress to literally hit your goals! This is a 45-minute class.

Innate Fitness Latrobe trains athletes of all age groups. Children as young as 8 and up are welcome to train with us.
Each athlete follows a program according to their age and performance level. The programs are age appropriate and focus on gradually progressing an athlete individually based off of their form.
Our progressive training programs focus on developing speed, agility, strength, power, quickness, flexibility, and stability of an athlete. Our coaches continually track an athlete's improvements to show progress in their training.
